The splendid Siena countryside hosts a panoramic, winding road that leads to the village of Casole d'Elsa (Siena) and the Podere Monti holiday house.
The holiday house is located in an ancient country house in the heart of Tuscany that was entirely renovated, yet maintained the typical style of an ancient, Tuscan farmstead.
The farmhouse offers four, spacious and comfortable apartments and an elegant and practical studio apartment. All the apartments are furnished in classic style with exposed ceiling beams and terracotta tiled floors.
The outdoor area is composed of a large garden with tables to eat outdoors and a deckchair to relax in. In the shade of trees, convenient BBQ available for guests. A splendid swimming pool (measuring 6 x 12 m) from which you can enjoy a spectacular view over San Gimignano and a woodland park where you can take relaxing walks, treks or cycles for lovers of mountain bikes.

Apartments
Holiday House Podere Monti offers guests 4 large holiday apartments, with a private garden, which were recently renovated while conserving intact the charm and features of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses. All the apartments have a kitchenette, large bathroom with shower, period furniture, with attention to every detail. The thick walls of the holiday house allow you to enjoy the pleasant coolness of summer holidays and warmth during winter stays. Each apartment can be equipped with cots for babies and each room has its own heating system on a pay-per-use basis. There is a weekly linen change and final cleaning included in the price.
There is a convenient car park within the enclosed area.

"Mandorlo" Apartment
65 m² apartment, on ground floor with independent entrance.It is is composed by a large dining area with a kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with wc and shower.
The Mandorlo apartment can be rented with the Studio "Corte" to transform it in one unic apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and living room with kitchenette.

"Corte" Studio apartment
35 m² studio apartment on ground floor with independent entrance. It has a large dining area with kitchenette, a queensize bed and a bathroom with a shower. It can be rented together with the "Mandorlo" apartment to havea one unic apartment for 6 people. In front of the studio Corte, large private area surrounded by hedges of laurel with gazebo, table and chairs.

"Leccio" Apartment
45 m² apartment independent from main building and entirely on ground floor. It is composed by 2 double bedrooms, bright sitting room with kitchenette bathroom and terrace on the back side. In front of the apartment external area with table and chairs

"Gelso" Apartment
90 m² apartment on first floor with independent entrance. The apartment is composed by a typical Tuscan living room, kitchen, a double bedroom with a queensize bed, opened mansard with skylight equipped with two single beds and bathroom with shower.

Podere Monti holiday homes are located near the ancient village of Casole d'Elsa, about 32 km from Siena, Florence 64 km, San Gimignano 21 km and Volterra 23 km

- From the North and South take the A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Certosa. Take the Autopalio Firenze - Siena; exit at Colle Val d'Elsa Sud and take the roundabout; coming off the roundabout take the second road in the direction of Grosseto; take the SS541 for about 2.2 km; turn right and take the SP74 towards Mensanello and travel for about 7.7 km; turn right for the SP27 - Casole d'Elsa in the direction of Volterra; take the road for Cavallano and turn left for Merlo

Prices are per week up to 4 persons in the apartements Mandorlo, Leccio, Ciliegio e Gelso, up to 6 persons in the apartment Mandorlo + Corte,and up to 2 persons in the Studio Corte.Rates are applied with regard to number of sleepings used,therefore the charge for the 5th person in the apartments Mandorlo,Gelso and Ciliegio and for the 7th person in the apartment Mandorlo + Corte is 150 euros per week. The charge for the 6th person in the apartments Mandorlo,Gelso and Ciliegio and for the 8th person in the apartment Mandorlo + Corte is 150 euros per week. Persons are also the children over 2 years old.

General conditions:
• Prices are per week and are expressed in euros.
• Prices below include: taxes, supply of linens and towels and final cleaning.
• Central heating is not included. It is paid locally if required.
• Washing machine use are not included in the price.
• Change over day is Saturday with the exception of Low season when you can arrive any day of the week.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights during low season, minimum 1 week during mid and high season.
• Additional bed / cot for babies: 30 euros.
• Rental is Saturday to Saturday during mid season and high season, for any other time: low season, Easter and Christmas you can arrive any day of the week.
• The Christmas, New years, Easter periods and all public holidays are considered a single season. If you need to get prices contact the facility directly.
• 35% Deposit required upon making a booking.
• Damage deposit on arrival and refunded on departure: 200 euros.
• Arrival between 16:00 and 20:00 hour.
