Thanks to its ideal position, from the estate it is possible to reach the city centre in a few minutes and visit its important monuments, museums and art galleries. You will also have the chance to take part in the cultural events and fashion happenings that the city offers in every season.
The estate is also an excellent base for excursions in the Chianti area, with its wonderful farmhouses and castles, to visit the Medieval towns of Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, or other historical towns like Arezzo, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca.

The estate is surrounded by the typical scenery of the Florentine hills, with cypresses, olive trees, and the typical tuscan vineyards, amongst the scents of lavender and rosemary. The farmhouse Le Viste produce oil, strawberry and raspberry. The beautiful and enchanting garden with lemon plants and the intense geranium colours, according to the season, complete the harmony of the landscape.

Services
Breakfast is served gracefully in the large terrace on the Florence view during the summer months, or in the veranda. Lunch and dinner are served on request, choosing on a menu with typical tuscan appetizer and on our wine list.
As a matter of fact, the estate, as it is inside a garden of a private home, has that home feeling. Its cosy, comfortable and exclusive atmosphere makes our guests feel at ease just like in a typical tuscan home.

Upon your arrival you will receive some tourist brochures with all the information you need. We are always at your disposal to help you discover our region and its secrets.
In the quiet park a lovely pool with a large solarium, presenting deck chairs and sunning beds, is at guests’ disposal from May to October, assuring a relaxing and refreshing break from work or from touring amongst the beauties of the Tuscan land. The pool is heated by solar energy.

The estate and its parking lot are both fenced in. Access is permitted only through the automatic gate as privacy and safety are two prerogatives of our property.

Tasting
It is possible to organize the wine tasting in Chianti or in Tenuta Le Viste, book the first quality restaurants and the typical Tuscan “trattoria” in Florence and in the area. We will also recommend you the best places to purchase the wine and the typical Tuscan products.

We will be happy to reserve tickets for visits to museums either before you arrive or during your stay. We suggest you make reservations for the following museums: The Uffizi and Accademia.

OLIVES PICKING
The olive's piking falls between October and November.
You can join in with us to pick the olives and turn them into the pure extra-virgin oil following the traditional recepies.
You will join in the farm's olives picking and you will be present to the first crushing.
When: end of October ­ end of November.
Length : 1 -1/2 days.

Le Viste Estates makes two types of oil, available in two different sizes. The first is an extra virgin olive oil produced with all six types of olives. It is known for its intense tasty flavour. The second oil is a delicately flavoured extra virgin olive oil, produced exclusively with Frantoiane and Morellino olives. Both varieties can be purchased in 75 ml bottles and three litre tins directly on-line on

The rooms and suite
The estate presents 4 spacious very finely furnished double rooms and 1 suite: Brunelleschi, Giotto, Raffaello Michelangelo.

Within a refined and comfortable environment, making your stay pleasant and relaxing. Each room is different from the others, both in its shape, its furniture and in its tapestry. They are all furnished with original pieces of the epoch, antique furniture, 19th century prints and a typical Tuscany ornaments complete the refined atmosphere.

The air-conditioned, microclimatic and soundproofed rooms are supplied with satellite tv, direct telephone line and plugs for Internet connections. The antique wardrobe, being very large and very well equipped. The bathrooms have large mirrors and are excellently renovated with the world-famous Carrara marble. The precious “terracotta tiles” floor gives the atmosphere a warm and welcoming touch. Inside the rooms you will find courtesy a mini-bar, and a drink selection that you may enjoy while in your room, or relaxing in the gazebo.
The relais is destinated to non smoking persons and pets are not accepted.

By car
From Florence: on Chianti's direction follow the indication for Scandicci, continue for Mosciano.
We're only 8 km away from Florence.

By train
At the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) you will find cabs.
