Flats have been completely restored, following the ancient traditions of Tuscan hovels and the natural atmosphere of the environment: stone walls, kilnful floor, ceiling with wonderful beams.
All flats are well equipped with heating, TV, independent entrance, private garden with table and chairs. Heating and TV-SAT are not inclusive in the price.
Our guests can also use barbecue in the garden to cooklocal fish and steak, and taste our wonderful oil.

In relation to the dimension, flats are divided into three types: type A, type B and type C.

Type A:
flats for 4-6 people, around 100 metres, equipped with a small kitchen, a comfortable living-room, a double- room, a room with a couple of single beds, two bathrooms.

Type A:
Flats for 4 people, around 70 metres, equipped with a living-room, a small cooking corner, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, wash-basin and hair-dryer.

Weekly prices 2010
Weekly prices (from Saturday to Saturday) includes VAT, use of swimming pool, water, gas (except Heating), parking for one car, small kitchenware.

ARRIVAL: from 16:00 to 19:00 DEPARTURE: from 9.00 till 10:00 a.m.

Heating: € 120,00 per week for type A, € 90,00 per week for type B and type C.

It's obligatory to pay End Cleaning at the arrival : € 70,00for type A, € 60,00for type B and € 50,00for type C (must be cleaned anyway the kitchen and the fridge).

Obligatory complete Linen Hire to pay at the arrival : € 14,00 per person / per change. - Cost for waschmashine € 4,00 soap included.

Caution to pay at the arrival : € 150,00 you must pay cash on the arrival. - In swimmingpool is recommendet to wear bathing cups.

Pets are not allowed.

Extra cost for Baby bed € 20,00 per weeks - Juli and August : Extra cost for add bed for 5th and 6th person in type A € 50,00 per week.

Our Oil
The extra-vergine oil “Il Gheppio” is taken from our local variety of olive-trees: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Maurino.

This extraordinary mixture, together with our gentle climate and an accurate cultivation, worked bythe Gheppio family owners, gives a wonderful sort of oil, withnatural, fruit-fragrances.
