The property boasts 12 apartments furnished in the typical Tuscan country style, which take you back to past times while at the same time offering the convenience of modern facilities.

Footways and cycling routes among the olive trees and vineyards around the hill lead to the tennis court and the five-a-side football pitch.
For lovers of health and well-being, we also have a spa and health centre.

Inside our property there is also a furnished bar, where guests can have breakfast every morning or buy foodstuffs (bread, croissants, typical products, etc.)you can buy our biological products of the farmhous oil and wine. Each apartment has sheets and linen for free.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The residence is situated in the hill country, in a very quiet area and it is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden immersed among olive-trees, vineyards and thousands of plants (aromatical, flower-bushes which trow shade in the summer months).
In each point of the residence guests can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the beautiful Tuscan landscape.

In the residence there are: swimming pool 7m x 15m, whirlpool, tennis court, boccia, table-tennis, children area, relaxing places, a panoramic view-terrace where guest can find barbecue and an oven for pizza.
The residence is composed by 12 big apartments in 2 restored cottages (all apartments have got their own entrance from the garden and terrace).
The apartments are furnished in Tuscan style, and each of them has got a panoramic view on the valley.
In the reception you will find our staff (English-, French-, German-, Russian speaking) who will take good care of your needs, so that your sojourn is to be unforgettable.
In the environs there are many paths for walking, museums, as many structures for sports.

2-rooms-apartments: about 50-60sm on the groundfloor and first floor, indipendet terrace, living-room with couch bed, stone kitchen in “cotto veneto”, in Tuscan rustic style, with all electric household appliances included; double bedroom, ante-room and bathroom with shower, till 4-5 people.

Apartments with top-floor: situated on the groundfloor, with independent terrace, about 60sm, composed by kitchen (as mentioned above), liveng-room with couch bed, bathroom with shower, wooden stair and on the mezzanine floor, a wonderful double bedroom and a little bedroom. Till 5 people.

3-rooms-apartments: situated on the first floor, independent terrace, wide living-room with kitchen (as mentioned above), ante-room, 2 double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower. Till 6 people.

Reaching Fattoria Casa Italia

The residence Casa Italia is situated between Lamporecchio and Vinci on the western slope of Montalbano — a typical tuscan mountain-chain situated among Florence and Pisa —and is particularly favourable to the car-drivers.

Taxi service, car-hire or driver-hire, availability of cars till 7 seats or bus til 15 seats

From Casa Italia almost every famous destinations of Tuscany, such as Pisa, Siena, san ginignano, Lucca and the Mediterranean middle coast can be reached in less than an hour.  

HOW TO REACH US:
Motorway A11 Firenze-Pisa nord; exit Montecatini; then follow the directional signs for Lamporecchio; when in Lamporecchio at the traffic lights turn left (S.Baronto); in San Baronto turn right and follow the directional signs for Porciano and Vinci; after Porciano, on the right, there is Via Lampaggio.

Motorway Firenze-Roma: exit Firenze-Scandicci; then continue on the clearway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI); exit Empoli; then follow the directional signs for Vinci; in Vinci continue following the directional signs for S.Baronto (at the traffic lights straight ahead) ; after 7 km, after finding the sign for Porciano, turn left in Via Lampaggio.

Our neighbourhood:
Our residence in only 3 km far from Vinci, the town where Leonardo was born. In Vinci people can visit the “Museo Leonardiano” and the birth house of Leonardo himself. It is then possible to visit a lot of small Tuscan villages and important old churches, such as the “Pieve di S. Ansano”. Our residence isn’t then too far from the most famous Tuscan towns: Montecatini Terme; Firenze; Pisa; Siena; San Gimignano; Pistoia and Lucca.

Rentals are weekly (from saturday to saturday) during July and August. In June and September rentals are from min. 3 nights. Guests can arrive from 4.00 o’clock p.m. till 8.00 o’clock p.m. and they are to leave their flats within 9.00o’clock a.m. on Saturday morning. Taxes, electricity, water, gas, linen, cleaning are included in the price.

Booking:
as for booking, the 50% of the whole amount is required, payable with credit card (Visa) or bank allowance. The balance will be paid at the arrival with credit card or cash.
Bail:
guests have to leave a bail of 100.00€ at the arrival. The amount will be given back at the end of the sojourn, but in case of damage of the apartment.
