We are simply a Florentine family with a desire to create something original.
In fact, we have refurbished these 5 magical apartments in the heart of our beautiful city. We are pleased to offer them to those who wish to experience the city center as an open-air museum, to those who wish to be in close contact with art and history, and to those looking for a chance to discover parts of the city which have remained authentic. Come savor those rare moments which have remained typically Florentine. In other words, let us help you step out and discover Florence.

We have furnished the apartments so that one feels "at home", and not just a tourist or guest.
We have not only tried to respect the antique structure of Palazzo Uguccioni, an aristocratic Florentine palace, but have also furnished these apartments with a personal touch since we consider them "our homes". You will have the pleasure of seeing the results for yourselves during your stay.

Historical notes
Piazza della Signoria has been the heart of Florence from the Medieval times to the present day. The square is not only the civic center of the city but is also a magnificent open air museum. Some of the most important palaces surround the square. 

Palazzo Uguccioni is in fact one of these splendid palaces. The building, with its noble and harmonious façade, was created by Mariotto di Zanobi Folfi in 1549 to a design by Raphael.
From the ground floor, constructed with large ashlars forming three arches, two storeys rise above and are divided by twin columns of the Ionic and Corinthian order which are set on plinths.
On the first floor, above the entrance, is a bust of Cosimo I. It is in this magnificent building that our five charming apartments can be found and where one may experience an unforgettable stay and enjoy the most beautiful views in the world.

Our apartments:
For a memorable vacation, choose one of the 5 lovely apartments which afford breathtaking views. All the apartments are on the top floor of the palace. They are each separate, yet also extremely modular and, therefore, can meet the requirements of a groups of friends or family who wish to have accommodations near each other. 

Room with View Apartment
(40 square meters; Beds available 2+2)
Situated on the 5th and last floor of the palace (with elevator and half a flight of stairs), this apartment has been created from a covered roof-terrace which was part of the palace. It affords a marvelous view of Palazzo Vecchio and the Cathedral. The antique and original structure, the charming furnishings, the high trussed ceilings, and the fabulously large windows will make for an unforgettable vacation.
There is a double canopy bed, a small corner kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a small storage closet, and a loft with twin beds.

Panorama Apartment
( 60 squre meters; Beds available 2+2)
Situated on the 5th and last floor of the palace (with elevator and half a flight of stairs), this beautiful apartment, created from a covered roof-terrace which was part of the palace, is made up of a very spacious living room from which one may enjoy an astonishing view! In fact, 3 large windows afford views of Palazzo Vecchio, the Bargello, the Cathedral and the Chiesa della Badia.
This apartment includes a corner kitchen, a dining area and living room with a double sofa bed (160 centimetres wide). Spiral stairs lead to the master bedroom located in the loft, with a queen size bed and another sofa bed. The bathroom completes the apartment with its view of the cathedral from the shower window.
The interior decoration is refined: antique parquet floors, wooden doors, as well as the beautiful wood-beamed celing add a particular charm to the environment.

Fantasia Apartment
(60 square meters; Beds available 2+2+2)
This apartment owes its name to the imaginative structure.
Situated on the 4th floor (with elevator), this apartment layout spreads on several different levels. On the main level is a living room with a corner kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with double sofa bed (140 centimetres wide). Also on this level is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the upper level are twin beds, a closet, a bathroom and shower.
The furnishings are lovely and have been carefully selected. This apartment has many surprises and curiosities in store for you.
Light and silence will always surround you.

Alcova Apartment

Situated on the 4th floor (with elevator), the layout includes a large living room area with a sofa bed, a corner kitchen and a dining area.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed (140 centimeters wide), a closet and a spacious bathroom with shower.
The apartment is completed by a quaint, panoramic terrace, where one can enjoy breakfast amidst the silence of Florentine rooftops.
Alcova is comfortable and cosy. The carefully selected furnishing are Florentine in style.

Atmosfera Apartment
(30 square meters; Double Bed )
If you are looking for a spacious "study" with character, charm, tranquility and a great view, then we suggest our Atmosfera apartment.
Situated on the 4th floor (with elevator), Atmosfera is a one-bedroom apartment made up of a spacious living room with a characteristic "pietra serena" fodder-trough and a large fireplace.
It includes a corner kitchen built within the original fireplace, a dining area, a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment, which is bright and affords a panoramic view, has beautiful parquet floors and a fine wood-beamed ceiling. The furnishings, typically Florentine in style, have been carefully selected.
