In the heart of Tuscany, in the village of San Quirico in Collina, is a beautiful medieval villa - Le Torri Villa Holiday apartments self catering. Once a 13th century Tuscan farmhouse, Le Torri Villa has been transformed into a marvellous vacation get-away for lovers of the famous Tuscan landscape.
Surrounding this XIII century farmhouse is a Mediterranean garden full of olive and fruit trees, a large swimming pool (also for children) and a barbecue area where you can cook and enjoy genuine Tuscan cuisine.
Entirely administrated by the owner-family, Le Torri Villa provides 24 hour service daily, to give you a real family atmosphere.
In the midst of the rolling Chianti Classic hills of Tuscany, Montespertoli sits at a height of 257 m. This “city of wine” cultivates vineyards and olive-groves for the production of the best quality wine and olive oil. Within it’s borders, the famous Strada del Vino di Montespertoli, produces some of the finest red wines: Chianti di Montespertoli DOCG, DOC-wines (wines of
certified origin and quality) Chianti Colli and Chianti dell'Etruria centrale. Names renown around the world.
These numerous, nearby "fattorie" (wine-growing estates), invite any guest of Tuscany for wine-tasting that is accompanied by many other typical Tuscan products.
Le Torri Villa is a typical 13th century building, entirely made of Tuscan-style stone, cured in every minor detail.
Le Torri Villa is about 20 km. from Florence, 30 Km from San Gimignano, 50 km from Siena, 60 km. from Pisa and 230 km from Rome. The kilometers are more or less equal to the time you'll take to reach each city.
Le Torri Villa is entirely administrated by the owner-family providing 24 hour service daily. We satisfy our guest's needs, where we can never say “no”! All to give you a special atmosphere, for an unforgettable Tuscan holiday!!
Family owned and operated. We rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday from Easter to the end of October according to availability, at the last minute we can rent for a minimum of 3 nights. From the end of October to the first of April we rent for a minimum of 2 nights.
Our prices are net without added costs except for heating in winter. All other amenities are incuded: water, gas, electricity, linens, towels, final cleaning, tv, safe.
Store/Shopping Guide and other “World Famous Designers” such as; Armani, Gucci, Prada etc…
We will provide you with: opening and closing times and directions to find leather goods, clothing shoes and accessories.
Relax in the Mediterranean garden
Villa holiday Le Torri is surrounded by a marvellous, well-kept Mediterranean garden. Terracotta pots brimming with flowers can be seen everywhere.
There are gazebos amid young olive groves, and tables and chairs for barbecuing/sitting.
Plenty of space enables all guests to have their own privacy.
The garden is full of olive and fruit trees, where our guests can relax in peace and a barbecue area where you can cook and enjoy genuine Tuscan cuisine.
Swimming Pool
On the back, there is a evocative, superbly-kept Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool.
The unusual shaped pool was designed especially for us and has a separate division for children.
The pool is surrounded by various types of plants and roses.
At Le Torri we promise you a very relaxing stay.
You can enjoy a swim or simply relax on comfortable wooden patio furniture by the swimming pool (open from 1st of March until the 30th of October), take a stroll in the beautiful surrounding gardens spotted with fruit trees, or you can use our barbeque area to cook our delicious Tuscan food.
Meeting room
Available from the end of October until the first days of April.
The Le TORRI's MEETING ROOM is 40, 88 sq. mt. (7,30 mt. x 5,60 mt.) and has a maximum capacity of 26 guests.
Perfect for parties, conferences & special occasions, the meeting room is on the first floor with gorgeous panoramic views of Tuscany.
It is furnished in traditional Tuscan style with a beautiful Tuscan fireplace and on request telephone connection, TV and other technical equipment can be provided.
INTERNET SERVICE
At the reception you can use the computer, free of charge, for a maximum of 10 minutes to check and send your e-mail.
Two kilometres from Le Torri you can find the following services:

In collaboration with the Tourism Consortium of Montespertoli, wine cellar visits with wine tasting are organized once a week in the afternoon. If interested, we can give you more information on your arrival.
For your comfort, a Laundromat with washer, dryer and iron are available at Le Torri Villa. These appliances work only with coins that can be requested at the reception desk.
Upon your arrival we will supply you with a local map with complete information regarding food shops, butchers, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks in the area. We will also furnish you with information on turistic cities, maps and general suggestions.
We are at your disposal for any suggestions regarding the best typical Tuscan restaurants in the area with the possibility of bookings.
Le Torri Villa Holiday offers swimming pool for adults and children, mountain bike rental.

Take 'A1' motorway direction to 'Bologna' and from 'Bologna' follow the direction to'Rome'. At your arrival in the Florence area, exit at Firenze Signa. After the toll booth you need to turn right and follow for the highway S.C.G. Fi-Pi-Li direction Pisa- Livorno for about 15 km.
At the highway exit Ginestra Fiorentina, turn right following the sign Ginestra 1. As you arrive in Ginestra Fiorentina center, after 1 km from the highway exit, turn right - direction Montespertoli. Go about 8 km until you come to the small village Baccaiano. When the road ends, turn right again - direction Montespertoli. After 0,500 km turn left, direction Fornacette, drive approx. 1,8 km. On the left, you'll see two big cypress trees, turn left - direction Castello di Poppiano. After 2,5 km you'll arrive on Via Poppiano, 88.
On the right, you'll see the sign Le Torri before the road ends.

Directions form Siena to Le Torri are:
Take highway "Firenze- Siena" direction Florence and exit at "Tavarnelle Val di Pesa"(or Sambuca) and turn left for Tavarnelle Center. When you reach the top of the hill, (before Tavarnelle) on the left there will be a Restaurant "La Fattoria" immediately after turn right following for "San Pancrazio".
Take this road straight until "San Quirico". After the village sign San Quirico, turn left at the first crossroad. Go 0,500Km and on the left is "Le Torri", Via Poppiano,88.
On the road there are signs for "Le Torri".
DIRECTION FROM GENOVA A12.
Take A12 Genova-Rosignano direction Rosignano and exit in Pisa Airport. After the toll booth go straight - direction Firenze S.C.G. After about 55 Km, you need to exit at Ginestra Fiorentina.
At the highway exit Ginestra Fiorentina, turn right following the sign Ginestra 1. As you arrive in Ginestra Fiorentina center, after 1 km from the highway exit, turn right - direction Montespertoli. Go about 8 km until you come to the small village Baccaiano. When the road ends, turn right again - direction Montespertoli. After 0,500 km turn left, direction Fornacette, drive approx. 1,8 km. On the left, you'll see two big cypress trees, turn left - direction Castello di Poppiano. After 2,5 km you'll arrive on Via Poppiano, 88.
